Ariana Szurek is another one of Alsion’s talented artists. She likes to reference existing media, like animations, cartoons, and video games, usually with an anime art style when drawing. Some other places she draws inspiration from are Pinterest or fan art of other media. She usually draws female characters, complex hairstyles, jewelry, and eyes. Out of these, she draws eyes the most often. The reason she draws is because she gets to put her imagination and thoughts to use and bring them to life. Additionally, she finds satisfaction in the art process when she gets to scribble “smooth quick lines” and create a piece that she might enjoy. In her art, she also finds enjoyment in exploring different styles.
A comment from the artist herself. “Play around with different styles. It will take lots of time to find the style that fits you — everyone’s style is different which makes art interesting!”
